Invite only
Well, how do I join? As stated above, our recruiting process is by invite only. We seek out people who play lots of games with us and hang out with us in IRC - (irc.enterthegame.com | #useast). So don't think it's impossible to join. If you have good skills and hang out with us a lot, we'll definitely take notice of your skills and personality.

Why invite only?
Simply put, people asking for tryouts can become very redundant and sometimes annoying. They may have what it takes, but constantly asking for a "tryout" can make someone who is a hell of a nice guy seem like a pain in the butt. Instead of asking for a tryout, let us know that you are interested in joining, and we'll acknowledge that and pay attention to your gameplay and attitude, provided you are around to make an impression. It only takes letting us know a single time, that you are interested in joining, after that it may just depend on your patience and dedication.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for people who will be very active in participating with the clan in practices, scrimmages, and matches. Participation is key to helping improve the clan and taking it farther up in the community. Sometimes the guys who are willing to ride the bench and work to better themselves and practice with the starters are the guys that help the most in improving the team as a whole.

Attitude is probably the most important thing to us. Honesty, dignity, loyalty, respect, and dependability are traits we will look for. A single person's sportsmanship can make a team look good or bad. We are all friends in this clan and we want to expand the numbers of friends we have within the clan and the community.

Last but not least, skills are very important. We want people who are on a level skill-wise nearly equal to our current members. We are trying to build a competitive team, a team where the bench has great depth and can compete with the starters on almost any level.

If you disagree with any of the terms listed above, then you are probably not right for our team.

What would we expect out of a member?
Active members are expected to be present in IRC (irc.enterthegame.com | #useast) as much as possible. They should also check the clan's webpage for upcoming events, matches, etc.. Being present and active in the clan will make us look better. Probably the most important responsibility of members is to participate in practices and scrimmages when available. Making the team stronger should always be a member's goals. Basically, if you've got what it takes to be in the clan, then all that's expected from you after that is participation whenever possible.
